REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
1.After August 18th, there is a $10 late fee added to each ticket. The Friday Family Pre-Game Party is $50.00 , Saturday Dinner/Dance is $100.00 and the Combo ticket is $120.00, however the Combo ticket EXCLUDES the football game. There will be a reserved section at the football game for the Class of 1989. We cannot guarantee ticket availability after August 18th. You must purchase your ticket at the game if seats are available. Many football games sell out.
2. There is a limited number of walk-up registrations available on the day of event. Cash is the only form of payment accepted, however we strongly recommend that you pre-register.
3. You may also just purchase Reunion Memorabilia if you can’t attend any of the reunion activities.
4. If you are currently serving in the Armed Forces and will not know your schedule until the last minute, you will not be charged a late fee. A current military ID is required for verification. Please send Katie an email at katie@event-place.com if this applies to you and you'd like to attend the reunion if you're able.

PAYMENT: Payment can be made by purchasing tickets above. You can also mail in a check to The Event Place, P.O. Box 76544, Saint Petersburg, FL 33734. Please make sure to note the high school name and year. 

TICKETS: After you register, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation and/or a Photo Id will serve as your admittance ticket to the reunion events.

UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS: If you haven't done so already, please send your current email and home address to katie@event-place.com. Invitations will be both mailed and emailed to you. Your contact information will used for reunion purposes ONLY.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: We have secured a hotel rate of $139/night for a standard room during the reunion weekend at the Hyatt Sarasota. To book a room, either call 1-800-233-1234 and mention the Riverview High School Class of 1989 Reunion or book your hotel room online at www.sarasota.hyatt.com and the Group Code is G-RV89. We cannot guaranteerate availability after August 18, 2009.

REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests must be made in writing 7 days in advance of the reunion. Please email katie@event-place.com to request a refund. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to each individual registration. Reunion Memorabilia is non-refundable.

DECEASED CLASSMATES: As part of our upcoming reunion we are planning on raising money for Kim's Fund which was established by our "best all around" Kim Patterson Murphy before she lost her battle with Leukemia in November of 2000. Kim's Fund raises money for Leukemia Research as well as Patient Assistance Programs. We hope you will join us in our efforts to raise money for this noteworthy cause and to honor our lost friend. There is a donation section for Kim’s Fund listed in the ticket prices above. Our goal is to raise $1,989 in donations from the Riverview High School Class of 1989. In addition, we will be holding a Silent Auction for Kim’s Fund at the Saturday Night Dinner/Dance to help reach our goal.
